Add the only hand-held transvaginal Doppler Probe to your existing Summit or EchoDop Base Unit
The Echoheart 5 MHz Transvaginal Probe (TVP) is used for early fetal heart tone detection - as early as 6 weeks*. It is ideal for patients at very early gestation with risk factors or concerns or those whose abdominal fetal Doppler detection is delayed, and is best used for women who are obese or a retroverted uterus.
* Results vary. Early clinical studies showed the EchoHeart TVP detected FHT between 6 and 8 weeks at least 70% of the time. With increased use of the EchoHeart TVP this detection rate improves.
